Suzy is a 9-year-old German Shorthaired Pointer, and this senior gal is proof that age is just a number. Known to her foster family as “Sweet Spunky Suzy,” she’s the kind of dog who makes everyone around her smile. Suzy feels pretty great these days—she enjoys leisurely walks with her people and is perfectly happy to spend the rest of the day curled up on a cozy, soft spot.

Suzy’s manners are truly top-notch. She’s fully housebroken, knows her basic commands, crates well, and is even reliable off leash. She’s polite, easygoing, and has done wonderfully with every dog and person she’s met, including young kids. She can be left alone for a normal workday with no issues—but don’t be surprised if she greets you with a few joyful zoomies when you get home!

She doesn’t ask for much—just a soft place to land and a loving human to share it with. Her foster family truly can’t say enough good things about her.
